I have never heard kid play this good on his acoustic guitar. I thought to my self. Nashville has a heritage. They respect the old Hymns and Americas traditional folk songs. They learn these songs and take pride in them.I had the honour to see these Nashville young acoustic guitar players.

They were about in age, 12 and 15 year old kids playing guitar like you have never heard.  They played like well seasoned players at such a young age, and that didn’t come from Internet lessons I tell you.  The technique that shined off them and the way they played with feel knocked me out. Being emerged in what you love is so helpful and to have a guitar mentor and music lesson weekly, from some of the best players in the world.

You cant beet that. And the sound of Chet Atkins is everywhere.  You really can hear his influence he made in the world, and to have great arrangers like John Knowles is Chet Atkins polished stones in his pocketMy personal feelings about the Nashville young guitar players  is that they have a long heritage of great acoustic guitar songs all the Nashville adults play.

The kids want to learn those good old songs because there mentors and teachers play them. And I tell you they are not easy to play, some are easy and they gradually get harder. Songs like “Jerry’s Break Down”, ” See you in my dreams”,  “Mister Sandman” ,”Black Mountain Rag”, “Cascade”, and good old grass root American folk songs. They should record a compilation of just “Nashville young acoustic guitar players”  I know you all would agree after hearing them play.
